... like a crepe but instead of cooking, it is snap frozen. It is then scraped up and the fillings added and chopped into it (like Cold Rock icecream). It is then spread out again and refrozen, scraped up into rolls/coils of icecream and put into a cup. If having cream, it is added now, but I just had caramel topping.

As we were walking back, Greg realised he hadn't had anything for dinner so we stopped for spring rolls and beer.
