A rare sunny day in Chch, Maz and I hit the shops! We spent the day looking at beautiful NZ designed and made clothing and jewellery. Our favourites were Andrea Moore, Plume, Fox Lives Here, Thomas Sabo Jewellery. Travelled from Twizel parallell with the Southern Alps and lakes. Stopped in Geraldine for coffee and found a shop where the owner - a genius - has recreated the Bayeux Tapestry using small metal bits, and has also finished the story with the help of Cambridge University. Drove through the Canterbury Plains back to Christchurch and took photos from a high view point over the city.
