        These first three weeks at Alzar have been packed and crazy. One of my favorite parts is we never have bad Mondays.         This morning I woke up from a much needed sleep to a freezing cold yurt. Our yurt is equipped with a heater and a wood burning stove, but still it was 1 degree outside, yes just one. All of the clothes that I tried to put on felt like they were frozen. I strategically chose a bunk directly underneath the electric heater and with the thermostat above my desk.
