    ... up with them as I had a pretty nasty fall at one point down a load of rocks and they managed to grab me to stop me falling further - probably saving me from some very dangerous injuries. The fall was so scary and really shook me up! I was left with several scratches and bruises and now a week and a half later I still have a deformed and bruised elbow so I might need to get that checked out if it doesn't go back to normal soon.
