When we left the RV park heading east to ride along the coastline and we saw a caravan of street rods. We are always looking for a car show and it reminded us when we were in Squim WA where we followed one for a good 10 minutes thinking he was going to a show only to find out he was going home. Started the day with a
tour of Jim beams distillery including samples. The honey bourbon with
ice and water was OK but nothing I'd buy.
Heading towards Cleveland to visit the Rock Hall of fame as our last visit before heading home.
Got stuck in a couple of traffic jams and torrential rain.
Again the radio was interrupted for warnings.....thunderstorms and
flooding. That's OK as long as they don't come ...
... appointment. Fortunately, the bay is much cooler than the outside and the mechanics were nice enough to allow me to hook up an oscillating fan to one of their outlets and gave me a large bowl of ice for Griffin while they’re working on the RV. At this point, I’m considering each day I don’t kill my cat with heat stroke a complete and utter blessing and miracle. Geesh.

First of all, I have an addendum to yesterday's blog. Actually, it is a Life Lesson/Truth of Life—Watch CAREFULLY for horse manure on the highways and byways as you travel. I forgot to mention that John (bless his heart!!) spent about twenty minutes hosing off the evidence on Mufasa of our drive through Amish Country.
