In an effort to even the score I raced the train from the top to Wengen. I left the station at the same time as Ruth and JJ on the train and headed for the Lauberhorn chair. ... a lot brighter. The last stretch down to the station now. Josh made himself a giant snowball, lachy was still sucking on his giant icicle from the lake. We walked off the track up a hill to then be greeted by another view down into the valley. Huge snowballs rolled down hills, snow angels were made by all 3 and we walked the last stretch. We had a little look in a shop and waited for our train. The snow had started to melt here and when we travelled ...

... fondue and Keller the Weinerschnitzel. The waitress kind of gave me a funny look and asked politely in her broken English, "You want whole fondue pot for lunch?" I smiled politely and responded, "Yes, please." Best lunch ever. :)

We took our time enjoying Murren and making our way back down to Lauterbrunnen. Since we had a later lunch, we decided we'd pick up a few items for a picnic and sit out on ...
