    ... then up high... We even got to go through a cool tunnel. But the two mountain passes we have conquered have been nothing compared to steep gravel sections like these. On the Oberalppass day we were defeated by a brutal off road, loose, steep section. For the first time, I (Jimbo) have become somewhat conflicted. My love of power assets has been tested. For the scenery around here actually seems spoilt by the numerous transmission lines criss crossing ...

    ... of the Fallboden red run and then down to the Wixi chair lift. Up the lift and down the Wixi run before heading back up, cutting across to the Lauberhorn chair for a quick run before heading back to the restaurant for lunch.
    The lunch menu was the same but the soup of the day was now tomato rather than the vegetable it had been previously.
    Due to the clear sky the Eiger looked very big and impressive; it certainly dominated the views from most slopes and is a wonderful backdrop ...

    ... lake we'd seen, or clearest lake we'd seen, it made up for these minor issues with its surroundings. Surrounded by lush forests in parts and towering mountains and cliffs in other. While splashing in the water, you felt so small as you're watched over by the giants of stone and rock, and you also feel so calm, which completely mirrors your surroundings.     ... on the right to Lake Brienz on the left, and right in front of you, Jungfrau, a most impressive summit at 4,188m. Peeking out through the clouds you could sometimes see the Eiger as well (3,970m).
