... then up high... We even got to go through a cool tunnel. But the two mountain passes we have conquered have been nothing compared to steep gravel sections like these. On the Oberalppass day we were defeated by a brutal off road, loose, steep section. For the first time, I (Jimbo) have become somewhat conflicted. My love of power assets has been tested. Interesting room and without a doubt, the smallest bathroom we have ever seen, and we've seen some small ones on cruise ships. This one makes a cruise ship look like a huge master bath! We are staying at ...

... for reasonably priced food. While we failed in our quest, we did see many fabulous vegetable and flower gardens. After dinner, I took a kayak out from the hostel for a bit. It's impossible to describe the color of the water here. And, the mountains just after sunset reflected in the water are beautiful. We are hoping to take a train up into the mountains tomorrow and hike partway down, but the forecast doesn't ...

... with us. They are traveling around for 3 weeks so we swapped stories and advise with them. They were very funny and we enjoyed talking with them. They also attended Oktoberfest and had some crazy stories and pictures to back those stories up. At 9pm a guy carrying a girl on his back who was ringing a cow bell came running through the cabin screaming "happy hour". That was the boys cue to wrap up the conversation. After telling us how awful the club was the night before, they ...
