After having the day off on Monday, we made our final preparations before loading up the car on Tuesday morning. We were so happy to see such gorgeous mountains and get out of the city even for just a day. We spent our entire time in awe of Mother ...

We were surprised at how small the insides were about 50ftx100ft. the glassblowing was awesome- you got to see how they shaped the glass with a cup and with a mold. And man was it hot in there! Those workers have to deal with serious furnace ...

... We felt very sorry for her as she headed off to repack and are very glad we took the time to juggle our luggage, making sure we were within our limits. We decided that the luggage scales we brought before we left Australia was certainly worth it.

Well, we are about to board the 10.35pm Emirates flight from Munich to Dubai, the first leg of our 28 hour trip back to Mackay.

Good-bye Europe. We will be back again and again and again!!!!
