... Sydney! We finally found the train station, then eventually the right platform. And we were off. Got to the game a bit late, and met up with Matt, Bec and Ray. We had a good win, the atmosphere was friendly, there was only a crowd of 8,000, but they were loud and proud! We sat next to the GWS cheer squad, who kept it up the whole game. Not a bad effort considering how far they were down. After the game we headed back into Sydney, and strolled through China ...

They also had loads of koala bears, they are so cute and fluffy!!! They had one koala bear out for us to stroke, they are very soft with thick fur (and smell like wee). It didn't. Our Meriton Serviced ...

    ... chucking.

We are now in our studio room looking out at the view. In a moment we will sort out our cases ready to leave early tomorrow. We need to get out clothes for tonight when we go to a concert in the Opera House. Maybe more later....

.... It's later now. The Opera house was amazing, especially the views of the harbour through smoked glass. The actual concert wasn't our cup of tea so we left at the first interval!

... It eventually became a courthouse and government offices before finally becoming a museum in 1979. I don't usually do audio tours but it was free and quite useful. By now I was getting very tired, that's the problem with being a tourist, there is only so much one can do in the day before becoming exhausted. So I walked back home but not before grabbling some food. Tomorrow would be an early start and I would be breathalysed - intrigued? Then read ...
