... the hotel which was a soup to start which was just as welcomed as last nights soup, followed by a roar lamb and gravy with a type of noodle and vegetables, and finished off with a black cherry Forrest cake. We are now getting ready for bed which I am sure we will crash as soon as we hit the pillow. Tomorrow we are having another big travel day to Lucerne in Switzerland but stop of at the Swiss alps and catch the train up which I am quite excited about ...

Tuesday night Cristina made the most amazing Lasagne! We've been spoilt my goodness. Yesterday morning Cristina took us across the lake to main city Zurich where Franco's sister (another one of the cousins!), Daniela lives. ... bring home. The cellars date back to 1580. Most vineyards are 10-25 acres in size and all are privately owned.

Ros went on the mini train to Siegfried's Musik Kabinett a museum of old music machines housed in an building one room of which had original stone floorings in it dating back to the 12C. We met up afterwards for a walk through the town before re-boarding the ship and cruising to Cologne along the Rhine Gorge.

Actually it was a 10 and a half hour flight. I never channeled my inner Panda - maybe Enter the Sandman a la Mariano Rivera would have been better. Okay that's enough baseball references. We landed at this huge airport in this gigantic plane at Frankfurt. Made way thru customs hurrying to next gate. ... in the lousy hotel yet-when somebody was ringing at my door. It can't be the taxi driver; they usually follow my pre-booking orders and avoid arriving to early. Instead, they wait in their cab for me to show up. Took me quite long to train them;-) I decided to pretend the ringing at the door was not meant for me. How wrong I was...
