We only have a half day in Amsterdam so we went on a cheese making tour and a tour of some windmills outside of the city. The countryside is very lush and green as you would imagine. Back to the ship for lunch as we head to Dusseldorf unfortunately we didn't get to see the canals or go into any of the local 'coffee' shops in Amsterdam. We have met some nice people and everyone is friendly. We met a couple ...

If you are interested in IT and automation, this is a great example. First. this is the largest building under one roof in the world. Just the catwalk for visitors was about a half mile long! The Netherlands is the largest producer of flowers in the world, but other nations trade here also. There are ...

... Brugge Whack Brugge, probably the best streets I've walked yet in Europe. Cobble stones line the roads and footpaths. Surprisingly, as I didn't know, but they had canals running through the city that could hold their own toe to toe with Venice. Overhanging trees against the old brick homes, Brugge really is picture perfect. They had tight regulations on modifications to any building within the city. Brugge had cable ...
