Yeah - back in Chile and a 90 day visa
... Chilean border control....the longest 20 miles of our lives!!!
We queued up with everyone else. My heart was beating super fast and I felt ill. No need to worry as the guy just gave us a 90 day visa without even looking at us. We didn't want to make a show of ourselves, so we gave each other a cheeky smile. We had to put our bags on the ...

... breakfast and instead of a fiery pit it was a big glacier, still very cool. As we began to descend a cloud swooped in on us and consumed the volcano. Then it started to hail so we literally ran all the way down the volcano skiing down the loose shale to retreive our packs before they got soaked. We made it down in 20 mins (it took 2 hours to go up!) and got to them before it was too bad. So we suited up and began to hike the 15km to the next basecamp which apparently ...
