      ... we got back to the Sooby.

      Lynn had brined a pork loin roast overnight and I had the privilege of roasting it on the Weber Q. It turned out great, served with ciabata rolls, sautéed pea pods and a green salad. We can't wait to try it with a bit of smoke on our larger BBQ at home. Lots of spices make for a tasty brine.

      ... guessed it....that's the one we bought. It needed a full inspection, cleaning, and general maintenance - all had to be done in 1 week. It normally takes them 2 weeks or more to complete, but with a check in hand they were willing to make our selection a priority. And they did!
