What's a nice boy from Bantry Bay doing in a Muay Thai gym sweating it out with several other Westerners and a clutch of local aspirant champions? In JJ's case he's in Ko Pha Ngan for a year of intensive training twice a day for four hours under the watchful eye of his mentor - ex world champion Chinnarach.

Muay Thai ( Thai boxing) training camps are massive business in KPG. Seeing my ...

His name was ‘Zen’, he was Australian, and he liked drugs.
