After our busy Saturday in the city we decided to have a more relaxed Sunday. We drove to Hoboken in the morning and spent some time in their library. Libraries have been great for us. They have free wifi, reasonably comfortable places to sit and we don't need to get all hopped up on caffeine to stay there for hours. They also have nice bathrooms usually so that’s a bonus. After spending a few hours at the library we walked ...

Today I decided to be slightly Spectrum and walk the whole of Broadway; from Times Square right down to Battery. That's about 45 blocks, taking in Soho, TriBeCa and the Financial District... It was raining. Actually, the rain woke me at 3am this morning. Bits of Broadway are pretty scummy, it only really gets interesting below 23rd or so. But walking a whole avenue gives you the ...

So we had ...

We bought our 7 day MetroCard for USD31 each. Can be used on any buses and the Subway
Caught the C Subway from 59th St Columbus Circle 7 stops to Spring St. We then went for a stroll to pick up a cappuccino because we arrived 45mins before our tour started at midday.

... and went inside the Rockefeller Centre. We then caught the subway, we are getting pretty good at the subway, to Rosenvełt Island and after a walk around we caught the cable car back, it had pretty good views and was free on our metro card. We were all pretty tired after that and we came back to my hotel and had some snacks in the executive club, we then packed out bag ready to leave tomorrow. Mum and dad went to see rocky musical on broadway. So sad to be going home ...
