Today is the day we finished our 17 day Christmas Holiday and Panama Canal Cruise but it is also the day we start our 113 day World Cruise. We've logged a total of 5,143 nautical miles from San Francisco California to Fort Lauderdale, Florida. We said goodbye to some new found friends, our dinner table mates Capt. Man do I love my wife! 6 months ago I booked a room for a romantic New Years in Paris! Which also happened to be a non-refundable and NOT CHEAP reservation....
Fast forward...of course something came up with the family (details not needed), unable to make said expensive-romantic trek...here I am with a hotel room, in a beautiful destination city, over extremely ...

... should know which is the best restaurant onboard. Its definitely lighter than all the other restaurants which are super heavy on meat, potatoes, cream, bacon…all the food groups Americans love.
The sea and wind is much stronger than its been for the last 7 days. The boat is swaying a lot more but its still not enough to really notice. Hopefully this is as bad as it gets.
