    ... at a plant nursery because they had a special open day. What an amazing nursery - they have all the beautiful trees and plants that grow well in this climate as well as a surprising collection of exotics - cactus, bougainvilla, citrus trees and palms. Many people here have sunrooms so I imagine they create exotic indoor gardens to get them through the snow time.

    Mum came up to join us at lunch time and we ate a mountain of food. Trystan even broke the golden rule and ate venison on Xmas Day (he said Rudolph was quite tasty!).

    ... zone. I’m talking mini pool table, foozball table, endless floor puzzles and board games, darts and so on. Finally somewhere the kids can go and play, be a little bit noisy but still stay warm and dry! It is also literally a 5 minute walk to the largest, fastest cable car in the Alps (Millenium Express) which takes us up to the top of the ski zone (2020m) in 20 minutes.
