... Aus. We saw Anni and Michael in Munich in May. We all went out to lunch at a beautiful outdoor Tyrolean restaurant in the hills overlooking Kufstein. Back to relax and sit in the garden of the cottage overlooking the lake that had belonged to Anni's maternal grandmother. Drove the few kilometres to Oberammergau. I had been there in 2010 with my sister and brother in law to see the Passion Play, performed all summer of each decade since 17th century in thanks for being spared the plague. Another super site, Alpen (€53 a night) with a new pool / sauna complex (v smart). We're up in the mountains so I think it will be chilly when the sun drops. Jess had stepped into the toilet to get changed with instructions for the girls to wait until she came out and she would put a film on but patience is not their strong point. Somehow they managed to cause Ruby to bang her toe and the bleeding started again which is obviously what caused the screaming to start.
