We finally had a relaxing morning today, starting with a Nutella croissant for a late breakfast and then a little wander along the waterfront of Giardini Naxos. Before we knew it midday had come around so we decided to get moving so as not to waste the day, but not before lunch at our favourite haunt, Polli All’Inferno (Chickens In Hell).

... Once on Milena, I went to the galley, and started to prepare dinner. Marina kindly got me a gin (Tanqueray now), and tonic fixings to share the kitchen with me. I thought... This is cool.... I will get the pasta in the oven, then sit and enjoy my cocktail. About 45 minutes later, with Marina's help... The casserole was ready for the oven.
