We rented a car for a day and went for a beautiful drive. Scary at times because it was so narrow and you would accross a bus.... I closed my eyes for that part! The food was delicious and the people super nice.
Had a great time!
This summer I went to the Canary Islands with my friends. We did a lot of things there; we went to the swimming pool, partying, to the dune beach, and to the aqua park party...
Also, one day we went to one beach where there were a lot of water sports and we practised the motorskying, parasailing and a los of things.
Finally we come back to Spain with hangovers and our bodies very pained becouse we fell many ...
... the week we attended a number of events including a “masked ball” which was great fun.
The atmosphere here is one of excitement and anticipation. We can’t wait to get started!
Our start is midday Tuesday and so we will probably be sending our next blog later on Tuesday or during Wednesday.

We have confirmed that we are definately leaving tomorrow, and we cross the start line at 10.45am ... Yikes! Its all getting a bit real now and the stomachs are churning.
So I am signing out now for the big adventure - keep track of us on this ...

Paul the skipper continued to encourage the crew to improve the quality of their helming, by advising them, that the longer they were off course, the longer it would take and the longer it would be without showers. This seemed to work wonders, as the standard of helmsmanship improved 10 fold and plan C, The Azores, was put on the back burner.The day ends as it start going gently towards the canaries if all else memorable for a day when it was easy ...
