A Beach? or a Garbage Dump?

Our section of shoreline was set up on a ridge composed of reddish coloured dirt that provided a constant background for our stay. The dirt road along the coastline was lined with shops selling textiles and knick-knacks alongside open air restaurants with sandy floors overlooking the beach.
