This has been a wind down day with general relaxing and exchanging addresses. At the 0745 wake up call it was already 25 degrees so the days are definitely getting warmer. Heading south we spent a night in Mar del Plata, another large city on the coast. Nothing special about the town except it is the second largest beach town in the country and does indeed have a very wide beach that was crowded even as the sun was setting. It's surrounded by very flat, very fertile farmland. What strikes me most is how little we know about this country. Seems like people either live in huge cities or in very isolated, tiny villages.

It did have the dreaded double shower curtain though,
commonly found in both countries too – they are easy enough to wash and
decorative, so why bother, especially as there is only one, slightly small set
of window curtains. No nets so they have to be shut at all times to get privacy
and then have all the very dim ...
