We ended up walking 3 miles before setting up camp and realizing we were in black bear country with no rope. Did we want to sleep with our food? The question was answered for us, right on the edge of the campsite laid a big pile of bear poop. We dug a hole to hide the food and called it a night.
I'm pretty tired after a long week of work. It's only 9 but I started falling asleep writing this.!
We woke up in our fantastic hotel room that Mum had booked ages ago and we decided to have breakfast in bed,our only room service so far. It was great and everyone had a good brekky.
Then we walked through the hotel and had a look at the pool. It was an inside/outside pool which was cool. We then walked down to the lake to have a look before going back to put our swimmers on for a swim in the inside/outside ...
Our last day at Yosemite Valley after our summer camp style breakfast in the dining room we went for a walk to the bridge which has a great view of the falls except there is no water at this time. We see more squirrels and lots of people bird watching and on our walk back we see a mule deer and 3 fawns who came really close.

After wondering the streets a bit, I found the Silver Dollar Saloon. I followed the stairs down to what appears to be a dark basement. It’s not. The patrons and I enjoyed music. Out the back door on the patio, I found live music. Jesse was playing his music’s sets to those who would enjoy the music. He is good.
