Thursday 02 and Friday 03 June 2011. Thursday we woke up to another fine morning, with a good forecast for our flight ahead. The hotel courtesy van returned us to the airport and the Mount-Air base where we had left the 'plane. Since we had not been able to obtain all the charts we needed for the Canadian part of our trip when we were in Vancouver, the base kindly contacted a local college bookstore on our behalf and then loaned us their van for the short ...

We didn't end up leaving the house until midnight, and Deerfoot was closed for most of the way. So of course we had to take a detour. We finally arrived to my parents house just before 1am. I just have to jump in here and say, my flight is at 7am. We had to set up the mobile internet stick and Jared's Sony Reader still! We didn't actually get to bed until nearly 2am.
