        ... consistently, which reminds me of Language School! That will be my song and dance, best of intentions to study Italian but life gets in the way so I will be back in kindergarten no doubt but I will still enjoy learning the same things over again! After 50 isn't everything new again?

        ... there's way too many Indians there' and I just looked at him for a second and he clarified with 'too many Punjabi's) Interesting!) We finally found a great campground, one that we have been to before, but this time we are in the regular sites, with all the facilities, not the overflow...with nothing. Once we set up the RV, we turned on the air conditioning and went for a swim in an estuary of the Columbia River, in a place called.....Rufus! ...

        ... on the trip so far. We then had a long drive through the rest of Montana, the panhandle of Idaho and into Washington state! We got upgraded to a family suite tonight at our hotel and we are grateful for the extra space - and the nice pool to help us cool off after hours in the car. It is 103 degrees here in Washington and tomorrow is supposed to be just as warm. I thought Washington was rainy? The west coast, I cannot believe we are finally here! ...

        ... packing our bags, seemed like a great place; they sent an estimate in and ordered parts for the work to be done the next morning.

        We'd used Hampton Inns all along the trip, called and made a reservation, and were very pleasantly surprised to find a lovely location along the majestic Columbia river. And here we sit, awaiting the work to be done. We feel quite spoiled.
