    ... up we all went to the corral for our family riding lesson. Phoebe, Claire and Oriah (as well as Carrie and myself) were in heaven! Instructors Sara and Maggie were there to show us the reins (see what I did there ;) and teach us the basics. I rode on a horse named Rocket (ironic because he liked to mosey around - which was fine by me) an Carrie rode on Monty.     This is a short entry as we did not do a lot of anything while here for a week. The countryside is beautiful....LOTS of vineyards, cherry trees and apple orchards. The local cherries were delicious !
