We arrived to 23 degrees and sunshine. The beach house in Malibu sits on stilts and the sea comes in beneath us. The view is phenominal. After the kids excitedly unpacked and we had filled the cupboards with American goodies from the local grocery store, we all fell asleep to the sound of the pacific ocean.
