    Aloha Folks! Quick update of our awesome first day yesterday. As you know we had an extreme early morning - so we decided to make the most of it.     ... was amazing!! So worth the wait!! We decided to then jump on one of the Hop on Hop Off bus tours, but only did as far as Beverly Hills (these ones go to Santa Monica etc which we were doing later anyways) On the tour we saw more of Hollywood Blvd, went past the Chateau Marmont (where all the celebs stay), The Roosevelt Hotel (where Marilyn Monroe lived for a while), the Pollo Loco where Brad Pitt has his first job, ...

    I slept badly last night- felt the boat rolling over big waves and ended up taking some travel calm pills. I also have a cold and bad laryngitis so it wasn't a great start to my day. Happily, it seems I was the only one that slept badly.
