We woke with hangovers again and decided to go to the smugglers bar for a full english fry up. We have not ate bacon for the whole time that we have been away and I have been dreaming about bacon buttys lol. It was a really nice breakfast and just the thing for a hang over. We then went for a walk down the famous strip of the Costa Del Sol. Its ok and really pretty the beach is lovely and there are lots of bars and even spanish ...
Torremolinos, Andalusia, Spain and Canary Islands traceybelle... was very tasty and I feel better that I can at least eat again without being so paranoid about where the food has been stored all day. We had met an english lady on the train that was so ill by the food in morroco that i felt really glad and relieved that we had come off so lucky.<br><br>Ian was feeling much better as well thankfully and we go on the bus to our final place the Costa Del Sol rodney! It was a ...
Torremolinos, Andalusia, Spain and Canary Islands traceybelle... the pool, cooking for ourselves, and watching MTV in German (South Park is hilarious, BTW) it was time for another adventure. <br>We ended up booking an actual group tour to Morocco for the day. We wanted to go check it out on our own, but it was actually cheaper to do it though the tour, so we got up at 5:45 in the morning on Thursday and got on the bus to Tarifa, where we would take the ferry over to Tangier. <br>Even though it´s only a 35 minute ferry ride, Tangier really is ...
Benalmadena, Andalusia, Spain and Canary Islands tommcatt... Real Andalucia), Marbella won´t spring to mind at all.......... Ronda for sure and maybe nowadays Malaga as well, as they have done up the City center!<br><br>In all the building boom over the last 15 years, the Quaint Old Town of Marbella has not been <br>touched at all and this beautiful authentic small Andalusian fishing village, called Marbella, still remains in tact!<br> <br>One can feel the new rush into the Old ...
Marbella, Andalusia, Spain and Canary Islands franzwillmes... I saw a bullfight my first week here and it really wasn't my cup of tea, but it was interesting to be where all the action takes place. I then proceeded to go exploring on my own, which I actually do quite frequently. I love people but I find I really enjoy some things better when I make my own experience not surrounded by what everyone else wants to do. I started by going down into the Ronda Gorge, which literally looks like a city built on a cliff. It is just ...
Ronda, Andalusia, Spain and Canary Islands aperisee... order to get an early start in the morning.<br><br>Shae question for daddy: She's riding on his shoulders..."Daddy does everyone have hair in their ears? or just you? It's white hair"<br><br>Another one, Daddy is trying to get out of the parking garage in Ronda. It's very steep. He stalled the car 5 times and someone was behind him.. I'm laughing hard and Shae is laughing. She says, "Daddy you're a knucklehead." I really don't know where she gets that...;)<br>
Montejaque, Andalusia, Spain and Canary Islands stacicheck... He loved it! Shae and I did a hike which was beautiful. These mountains are massive. We saw a couple of riders and thought of Bob. I'm sure the Spaniards train here for the tour. They are so steep and it's crazy climbing. Bob would have loved it! We drove around the area and then headed back to a town called Olvera where mike saw another great shot he wanted to take, but unfortunately we arrived after magic time so ...
Grazalema, Andalusia, Spain and Canary Islands stacicheck... as evidenced by the inadequate street drainage trying to cope with the onset of this sudden monsoon. Anyway, we survived the storm and were still able to visit the palatial Real Escuela Andaluza de Arte Equestre (Royal Andalusian School of Equestrian Art), located in a magnificent 19th century mansion designed by the architect of the Paris Opera- Garnier. We watched the equestrian trainers work with the amazing Andalucian horses (although surprisingly ...
Marbella, Spain angelaandmarie...
Marbella, Spain olesja... is still unfinished today! Huge spires, it was quite unique! After this we headed to Park Guelle that he also inspired. We got back on and headed to Olympic Park, where the 92 Olympics were held. We finished up the tour by climbing the Christopher Columbus tower, at the base of Las Ramblas(which gave us a view of the entire city). We went back and showered up and then had some drinks ...
