Another good day of class, they are having us play some games that help with vocabulary, etc.. and it really helps the lesson 'stick' hopefully even when I'm not here ;-)
After class went and replenished the groceries, water, fresh pasta, tomatoes, sauce, and a bag of salad. Took it back to the apt and remembered that I had the pizza from last night, so definitely ate that and will make the pasta tomorrow.

... beach. We found ourselves a spot on the beach and went for a swim in the sea. The water clarity was inconceivable. As you dive down and descend from the surface you can clearly see the bottom where the depth must have been at least 6-8m in parts. We found a small rock to jump off and enjoyed the refreshing swim. ... him some turkey. I had to suffer cat lady jokes for the rest of the day from my friends though. But he was so cute and so skinny. Oh by the way the sandwhich I got was probably the best one I've had here. It was turkey with fresh mozzerella and lettuce. I literally watched them slice my mozzerella it was so fresh. Everything is so fresh here. You don't even have to try to eat better here. Everything is healthy and fresh and natural. I love it. So after lunch and coating myself ...

The water is a beautiful blue. There is a retaining wall built of rocks and then the train tracks and the waves are crashing onto the retaining wall. It looks like it has the potential to be a very pretty place but I do not think it has reached this potential yet.
Diamanté looks beautiful and worth a visit. An old town perched high and jutting out into the sea ...
... I spent most of the day doing absolutely nothing but lying by the pool. Sam spent most of the day relaxing in the hotel room - sun beds aren't his thing but neither of us felt like doing anything. Boat trips will have to wait until next time!? But did head down to the beach for a paddle and into town to get gifts, ice cream and dinner.
