    ... out to the lifted up the bed, then realised what we wanted were under the drawers under the bed. Then he went rushing back inside, we waited and when he didn't return we went inside to find him in another van. We eventually got him back to the office for him to show us the pump.     ... some anxious to suck on your fingers. Each feeding trough also had pacifiers that the calves sucked on. The evening finished with a delightful dinner of Raclette. Similar to a fondue, a warmer is used to melt Raclette cheese, that you would pour over top of potatoes, onion, carrots. Which you would warm on top of the Raclette warmer.     ... and into town we found a lovely restaurant where we had traditional food of the region including fois gras, duck comfit. The potatoes have been really good every night.     In all of the years we have been going to the Dordogne we had never been to Bergerac apart from collecting and returning family to the airport. We decided it was high time we went.     ... we get to the bridge. From here we get good views upstream along the steep bank with houses clinging to it. The river is quite wide here, and running with a strong current, indicating there is still plenty of water left from the spring thaw in the mountains.

    On way back drive through Verteuil d’Agenais – the top town looked interesting.
