Farewell to Benicassim
Last few days here we really can't believe the week has gone so quickly.
We have enjoyed exploring the area; our mission here is to find a place to return for the whole winter next year.
Benicassim is high on our list although the nights are cold. the days have had their fair share of sun we would like another 5 degrees warmer.

On our way to VALENCIA
... covers for the boat saloon. The blue ones are getting very tired looking and as I have covered the navigation desk seat with new fabric (and it looks great) thought I may as well continue with the scatter cushions. I bought fabric back in Eastbourne before we set off meaning to hand sew them during the winter months.
1230 we set off and left the harbour to find a very nice light breeze on our stern quarter that had us scurrying for the cruising ...

Festival time in Benidorm
... were local bands. The first to pass was somewhat official with uniforms and they were lead by two city officials. After that the variety of musicians was mixed...one group even playing recorders!
The crowds were swelling and the noise and confusion encouraged us to make a quick getaway. There really only so much of this fun we can endure!
We then returned to El Campello to enjoy lunch ...
