Cahuita national park is a path along the beach so you can actually walk in flip flops along this path and go swimming whenever you feel like it. Even though the path is pritty big and people walk by frequently you can see a lot of animals. The monkeys are pretty curious and would come pretty close....I guess we are the same attraction for them …

After some consideration, a lot of weatherforecast- and bus schedule checking we decided to finaly not go to Nicaragua but to try to catch some sun at the caribbean coast. Each day we heard/saw howler monkeys, locusts, parrots and various creepy crawly things you don't see in the States. ... school danced for us. It was very entertaining. Then one of the boys put on a bulls head made from Papier Maché, and audience members were invited to get up and hold a red handkerchief for the bull to charge at.
