    ... park south of Amarillo designated the "Grand Canyon" of Texas. The pictures looked beautiful and peeked our interest. As we neared Palo Duro Canyon State Park it was difficult to believe there was anything like a canyon as the landscape was mostly flat.     ... car door though I dropped the ipad and cracked the screen all over. I was impressed that both Corey and I took it in stride and didn’t get upset about it. At least for now it still works and the cracks look like little rainbows when light shines on them! So after that we headed back on the road and were excited to find saguaros popping up all over in the mountains and to make our way into Phoenix and feel some warm air again!
