Ian and Sue kindly drove us to Xeraco to catch the train to Valencia, from which we could get a train to Barcelona to pick up the hire car. The train journey is in two parts and it turns out you can't buy a ticket for the whole journey. Final full day in Alicante region. A nice relaxed start to the day with a visit to Benidoleig municipal swimming pool, which was modern and had a sort of garden area with trees for shade.
