This visit I focused on juicing and Lars and I both attended the Mindset Classes moderated by Marco. It's always a great exercise to consider where we put our focus and how we approach problems and projects. I really enjoyed shifting my view to a more positive level.
We also enjoyed walking in the country side and discovered the lovely seaside town of Moraira.

In summer I suspect the area in which I am staying will be heaving with holiday makers but at the moment most of the holiday villas and flats that stretch for miles along the beach are empty and borded up. They are surrounded by wasteland and and abandoned building plots and I can't imagine why anyone would ever want to move here. I don't choose to drive in cities if I can avoid them but I don't have any real problem with them, however in Valencia they have ROUNDABOUTS the like of which I have never seen. One minute you are driving along a two lane, busy road in the city centre when suddenly it widens to 8 or 10 lanes in each direction ...
Left Barcelona and headed up to Montserrat. Very steep windy road to get up to the top of a mountain where the monastery is.
After a look at the Monastery, caught the Fernicular up to the very top of the mountain and went for a walk along the top - amazing rounded rock formations everywherer.
Headed off for a long afternoons drive - ended up at a small town called Denia, where we parked in an abandoned lot overnight to get some sleep ready for another long drive ...
