... took another taxi ride even further south to the town and beach of Caraiva. The road to Caraiva ends at a river crossing which essentially makes this place the end of the road and very difficult for most to get to due to the road conditions (think bouncing around and hitting your head on the side of the back seat, all while Jon Bon Jovi is singing Never Say Goodbye on the car radio.) When arriving, several boats wait to take people across the river to the village, where no cars ...

... go here all the time.
After lunch I went to go for a nice swim in the clear ocean. The water was extremely warm! I have never felt anything better. I was exactly like taking a bath. The beach was so rustic, I loved it. As I left the beach I took one of the rentable cars and drove down the road. The road was extremely bumpy. We'd made the decision when planning the trip, based on the tickets we had and rough route we were taking, to break up the 30+ hour trip up the coast with a coupe of days in a much cheaper beach town. Arrial D'Ajuda is an area not far from Porto Segura, where we bussed in and out of, connected by a barge/ ferry. After stretching our legs post 19 hour bus ride we jumped in a taxi to the port, bought our tickets and scrambled onto the back of the ferry (more a skiff with a tug) ...

I gained an unexpected surprise from my godmother birthday. A gift that never imagined winning. On 20 April, she comes to me with two tickets to Porto Seguro as this celebration of birthday and said I should get ready soon, because we would leave the airport donates 15 hours. ...
