Today we move on to Policoro. It's a beautiful sunny day again and very warm. We set off on the main road and the deviate via Citvia. Eventually we arrive and find a pretty little town high up in the mountains which form the ,,,,,,,,,, national park. ... evening. We had a drink and a rather unappetising panini before wandering up to the Cathedral. It wasn't that special, and it seems none of the churches are here. We also walked around the back of the cathedral to a church in a trulli. They were also selling some rather lovely gelato in a little cafe next door. Having dinner tonight in front of the television to watch Napoli in their first game of the season. Serious business in Italy and I expect 'nonna' will be at the front cheering on her team!
