An early departure from Trapini as 210 miles to go to our target on NE Sardinia. After all the winds we were pleasantly surprised at how calm the seas were. Dolphins out to play and all in all a pleasant trip but too much motor - we only managed to sail for about 5 hours at night which at ...

Find the hotel with no problems and check in to find a full blown BIG FAT Italian wedding going on. It is the perfect cliche. Love it!! The hotel is delightful, driving in I felt like I could be convinced that I was in a spaghetti western and that Clintio Eastwoodio would ride out of the desert at any moment. Now I'm not so sure as ...

Granite rock again with some stunning formations, transparent green and turquoise sea and sheep farming; main source of profit for the region Olbia itself has a Population 54k and is on the Northern coast of Sardinia so decided to go up to Costa Esmeralda, the beaches are prettier than Corsica which was mostly rock, no real beach.
