... away (and farther downhill) then necessary because we didn't do our homework and tried to be spontaneous. We did one of these alpine slides ('bobsled' is the popular operator in Hungary) near Visegrád in the hills north of Budapest and had fun, this one was a little steeper and involved a ride up on the ski lift, but I think everyone who tried it had fun. Then it was onwards to the castle.

Our ferry home was interesting. A very large imposing cruise ship was passing nearby on its way out to sea. It seemed to be peak time at the ferry wharves and the chaos was compounded by everyone getting out of the way of the cruise ship which glided through it all - with the aid of a tug - as if it didn't have a care in the world.
