... Bobby well he has just turned into a fish. We had lots of fun at the pool and obviously needed refreshment so Mr T and I partook in a cocktail don't you know! We have included a photo of the grumpiest lifeguard ever she was ever so slightly whistle happy but we got a smile out of her in the end! After a busy day everyone fell asleep so it's a solo effort on the blog today ...

... of windows to open but we are keeping close up to create some shade in the tent. Bobby Today was to blinkin hot we just had to go to the pool. We had lots of fun in the slide I came down with my feet sticking up in the air. I also earned 2 Euros by swimming a full length without putting my feet down. I also managed 5 widths. My front crawl is getting really strong now! Hope you are all well at home, come on ...

... and had tea and made up a new card game called Tomsie!!!! Last of all, me and Bobby went to the animators comedy act it was absolutely hilarious!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Daddy Better sleep last night - after a few rounds of gin rummy - and we wake to a subdued camp Toms. Bobby has been for a tennis lesson while the rest are reading in the shade. Today is hot - very hot. The plan will be to have a chill out morning - do a load ...

... village with multi colored homes and shops. We wandered around the canals for a while and then took in a lazy lunch at da Romano which Andreas from Hotel Gabrielli had advised us to eat at. Best fish in town he said. Well we are not big on fish back home but Tim went for the Monkfish with Olive Oil and lemon and I the Fried Shrimp. It was lovely and Tim said his fish was the best he had ever had and Luke engulfed his Spaghetti today was a winner.

... thunder/lightning started with about 5 stops to go till ours. And as we approached our stop the sky opened up with rain like we've never seen before. Thank goodness our hotel is only 300 feet (about a football field) from the station - we were making a run for it!, In slippery-when-wet flip flops, with the camera, whatever - let's go! We start running and I'm cracking up laughing because I can't see anything so I'm running straight through ankle-deep puddles. ...
