We stroll through town and a roudy round Italian man called Tony teaches the art of making limoncello and lemon based sweets.       I am on the aft deck writing this at midday and the Captain has just done his normal daily announcement, confirming our speed and position. To maintain this speed we have three engines running and if I heard the captain correctly that give us 60,000hp and uses 7 tonnes of fuel an hour.
