So after a quick breakfast we head off through the feilds qnd arrive an hour later to a medieval tower town in Provins; Abel was very impressed to see such an old old town protected by UNESCO and in such great condition. and to see that people still ive in the town surrounded by a mote and castles;

... cobbled streets. Some of the houses are lopsided, some are brightly coloured, some being repaired, some restored and some even being created in the old style. Some of the streets are so narrow, that the occupants could pass items across the intervening space from their windows. Restaurants abound, and as tourists are few on the ground, its obvious that the locals treat lunch very seriously.

... war again between us and the mozzies! With nowhere to hang our net from above the bed I used my improvisation skills and clipped it over the open window using hair clips, hair bands and anything else that would keep the buggers out!

One however outsmarted me and got in, causing Paulie to chase it around the room with a can of raid spray.
