... taking in some of France, Luxembourg and Belgium. One beautiful thing about Luxembourg and Belgium is that when the church bells toll they play a whole song not just a tune.

First it came as a mere thought, a fleeting idea that perhaps French food is addictive. As the days, weeks passed the gnawing in our stomaches and the urgency in our thoughts: pate (pressed meat/terrine); fromage (cheese); pain (bread); vin rouge (red wine). How were we to escape, ...

I was told the other day that there is some type of Christmas Market in Nancy now. I need to find it. It closed last night at about 7pm, so that didn't happen. During our little break, my professor asked me how it was going and if I was following everything. At the end of the lecture, he came up to me again and asked if I had any friends. I'm like in France? Yes. He's like okay good. Are the students being nice to you? Ummm yeah. None of ...

Today's adventure started at 7am when I woke up. I was Ruby's wake up call. I made sure she was awake and ready to go. Sadly, there was another water disaster through the night. That poor girl. She is getting a different room on Monday. She should have gotten a different room when the first leak happened. Things get done in the States, like this problem wouldn't have continued at home. It's just a different lifestyle. The French seem to ...
