... and although his flat was a few blocks from the museum, since his work allowed him to be a guest for the exhibition, the directors of the center allowed him and his other artist companions to live in the museum! I knew those beds and tables had to have some purpose!

I mean I understand why you wouldn't want to show up for class, but I felt like it was important since she said it during our exam that we did have it. Either way, it wasn't that important, but at the same time I am glad that I went because she appreciated it and wished me good travels back home. How sweet.

Welcome to the Metz Christmas Market !

It is by wonderfully sunny afternoon, this Sunday December 1st that I boarded the regional train towards the City of Metz and its Christmas Market, Christmas Markets should I rather say as they are 6 in total spread around the city centre, but all within a walking distance. As soon as I arrive in the historic train station I was greeted by the towering silhouette of the giant Vosgian Christmas Tree dressed in silver and white ...

... throat just gets really dry and hurts. Plus it's becoming that winter-like season so my nose is just stuffed. If I don't feel better by Monday, I'll go to the store and get some medicine.

I planned on getting things accomplished today, but I was just not feeling up to it. So instead I was really lazy all day and went to bed early.

I got in bed at 9pm, but was ready at about 8pm.
