Lounging in a hammock Day 13

A travel blog entry by workmule on Sep 10, 2014

... coming and going... I asked for water... an at first a bit grouchy worker.. blurted out 'What do you want'? I explained to him my plight of thirst...

anyway he wound up being friendly after all and took me in one of the company trucks to a well.. and I pumped out some potable water...

Ghosts of the Civil War... lurk in the bushes... here, they have Blue eyes... I saw them....Stay tuned for day 15...

We have so enjoyed sharing our work and keeping our French art and travel experience alive for just a few more months. As ...

A Presidential Day

... might be fun to stop by the arch for a few minutes. We had visited the arch last year, gone up to the top, and really toured the place. Yet, we had missed one of the movies they were showing in the Visitor's Center, so we decided to go and watch the movie. We drove downtown and, due to the river being so high, many roads were closed. That made driving an RV even more tricky than usual. ...
