... br> At the beginning of December we will cross (hopefully from Northern Thailand) into Laos. We'll have 30 days to explore as much as we can before crossing into Cambodia, for roughly the month of February. Then it's in to Vietnam.

Checked into our Uber Modern B&B in the old walled city of York. The friendly owner has gone all out in redecorating our room in a Japanese theme and electronics and buttons galore (press button shower, smart 3D TV, silent fridge etc). Left York this morning on our way to Cambridge. First stop Sherwood Forest, the home of my childhood hero Robin Hood.
