      ... can't believe I actually got to experience it!

      The first thing we saw when we got off the bus was a dog sledding team, I knew immediately that I would love it up there. The dogs were all so excited to get running and I was just holding myself back from going up and saying hi to all of them!

      ... found a bakery where I rewarded my success with a "pain au chocolat" and waited until I saw the others return so we could get back on the bus for the two hour ride back.

      Let me just take this moment to say thanks to all the good bus drivers out there, especially in France. It just amazes me sometimes how we made it up and down those hairpin turns and parked 1 foot from another bus.

      ... Hansen etc.) colorful restaurants and bars. The only downside was that due to ''extreme'' snow conditions we couldn't take the Mont Blanc train nor could we see the Montenvers Mer de Glace.
      To sum up, I must say I wouldn't recommend Chamonix as a must-see but it's a nice town to spend a few days but definitely not the best place for skiing. ...

      ... lounge with fireplace that boasts views of mont blanc and the small city. Sloping windows over the lofts upper bedrooms allow you can see the peaks of the vast snow capped mountains and falling snow.

      A short stroll down the road and we arrive at the small village centre, it was breathe taking. The shops adorned christmas lights and decorations, the frozen alpine mountains, crisp fresh air and wood fire ...
