... br> By now it was looking a bit overcast, so we walked all the way back up the hill. We couldn't even move on along the coast as the Campsite had our ACSI card and reception was closed until at least 3pm. So we decided to have an' ordinary' housework Sunday and then watched 4 episodes of Happy Valley that we missed when away in May!!

We had a lovely stroll around and sat in the sun and had our lunch. Then we had to walk the 1500m back up the hill to the MH - and surprise, surprise -the maid hadn't done the washing!

... as a lot of people have been fined for towing a car on an A-frame. We were lucky not to be stopped on our way here.

I have never seen so many RVs and 5th wheelers. 5th wheelers are a caravan version of a RV and are towed by utes with a special fitting on their decks, a bit like an artic trailer. On one little avenue alone there were 8 RVs. Up till now we have been such a novelty in all ...

... 45 minute wait!!

Eventually got ashore had a coffee and walked part of the way into the old town.

Then back to the quayside to get a coach for our tour to St Paul de Vence. Traffic was bad all along the Cote d'Azur but it was interesting to see all the little towns along the way.
