... amp; shallots poured on top. I could have eaten a barrel of these! Now came the small fried smelts, delicious! Then the fish soup was served in a beautiful French white tureen. Accompanied with sliced baguettes that you smear with the garlic mustard & top with cheese & put them in the soup. The taste of the fish soup was mind bogglingly delicious, I kept eating to guess all the ingredients.
