    This appears to be the centre of Europeanism and cafe culture (remember Tony wanted us all to have that so revised the licensing hours etc?
    Anyway, we took the train into the city to “do” it.
    Whilst lots of cities are the “same” each has it's own feeling and this place was good.

    This is a bit of a non-site as it's a means to an end:
