... skipped the check-in and headed straight for the gates. The main point of going to Cozumel was to dive. Mark is already a certified diver, but I’m not, so I started studying the 200-page manual while waiting to board the airplane, as I wasn’t confident that the four days in Cozumel would leave me with enough time for classes, pool dives and open-water dives. So I decided to study and hopefully skipped the class lessons.

After a bit we made it back to our room, had a snack and then decided to go walk along the far side of the main street, along the ocean as opposed to the shops. Last night we had our final 'posh restaurant' experience. Every night we were booked into one of the fancy restaurants themed by different countries. We had not bee successful with any thus far with the Mexican, ironically, being the worst so our expectations were dragging behind us as we walked in. It was surprisingly good actually. ... is 79 degrees and it is sunny and wonderful at 8:30. Men are scraping paint off the street side of a seawall at one point and repainting it bright white at another. There is ample sidewalk space and, with sunscreen applied, the walk is easy. I pass condominiums and a marina and apartments and the end of the airport runway. After about four miles, I see it. 6 course dinner
Seafood salad, soup, home made pasta, fish, venison, milk cake for desert.
I liked 2 of the 6 and lou liked 4 of the 6.
Wouldnt recommend to anyone.
Thankfully all the portions were small.
At 10.30pm we went to the Frozen on Ice show, which was fantastic. Many of the skaters were previous Olympians from all over the world. ...
