... around and not too many people with it being the low season. The return trip took us back into the mists which seem to sweep off the sea up onto the cliffs providing atmosphere and the beaches closer to the city with very expensive houses. Had a walk on the beach at Llandudno - beautiful soft clean sand and huge granite rocks, the beach bordered by luxury homes. Drove the windy cliff road of a Chapmans Peak around the coast to Hout ...

... so we didn't hang around too long!!

Now the terrain started to change big time, and we were into canyons and mountains of sand dunes, so of course we had to have a competition about who could reach the top of Dune 45 in time for sunrise over the dunes; or who could reach the top of Dune 66 - the highest sand dune in the world, in the amount of time Ingwe gave us to explore the area.
