It is absolutely stunning the interior all gold leaf and marble. The original part of the church was only 1/3 the current size built in the 11thC. At that time Venice was a small town made out of wood. The church was only rebuilt in 13thC.
... Murano Island we saw a very clever man who made glass. The second Island was called Burano. On the Burano Island we had a very CHOCOLATY hot chocolate. The last Island we went to was called Turcano. On the Turcano Island we stayed in the boat because it wasn't nice weather. After that we had dinner and went to bed. I had a clam pasta that was AMAZING. The next day we were picked up at 9:30 to get on a train to Naples.

It was so great to see him there in Venice...and crazy too. Kaitlyn, Sarah, and I decide to tag along with Kevin and his group for the day.
