Emily and her husband Andrew visited during a worldwind tour of the world. It was great to catch up and hang out with the 2 after quite a few years.

Then the first day of sunshine after over a week of snowing, meant several ski trips to catch up with different mates and enjoy the huge amount of snow recently dropped and some great sunshine!

The last few days have been warming up after a series of days of really heavy snowfall!! A few cars have been tested to see if we buy them and Sara went home for Xmas and to see her new nephew - freshly printed just before Xmas.

... hardy girls and staff braved the cold and prepared to walk on the glacier. They put plastic bags inside their shoes to warm their toes, rugged up and set off. The more sensible people like Madame Outtrim and Mrs Guilfoyle were snug and warm inside the retaurant. Ms Cody did not join us for this event but Simon participated very enthusiastically.

Once the hardy souls had rejoined the rest, it was a rush to get back to the hostel so the Jazz Band girls could change ...
