    ... the south of France producing creative works. There were not much art to see but the sea view there was magnificent!

    It was a very hot and sunny day. We had late lunch and drove into Cannes where we were staying for a couple of nights at a rented flat with seaview.

We walk up to the lookout Le Suquet which has a church built by monks- Place de Castre, it is fortified so must have held some defensive purpose at some stage. It overlooks the harbor and marina and gives good views over the city.
